Order Processing

- When we receive the customer's purchase instruction, we will deal with it immediately and contact the customer within two working days to make specific arrangements.
(Product availability depends on actual stock)

1. A single purchase of HKD5,000 or above can enjoy free delivery service. If a single purchase is less than HK$5,000, the company will charge a delivery fee of HK$60.

2. All orders will be delivered after confirmation by us. When ordering, please fill in a valid delivery address, phone number, contact information, etc.

3. After receiving the payment, we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible; the customer will also receive a phone call to confirm the delivery date.

4. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered within two weeks after the order is confirmed, and we will not be responsible for any delay caused by any reason.

5. Unless the customer informs us on the day of receipt, the item will be deemed to be delivered in good condition.

Delivery arrangement

Delivery date and time, we will contact the customer to confirm the specific arrangement.
Hong Kong: Every Monday and Thursday
Kowloon: Every Friday
New Territories: Every Tuesday or Wednesday

**Do not provide delivery service areas: all outlying islands, remote areas (including Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Park Island), Hong Kong International Airport, hospitals and government departments, major colleges, Disneyland, Tai O, container terminals , Tai Mo Shan, piers, railway stations, shops in railway stations, funeral homes, construction sites, Government House, consulates, cemeteries, exhibitions, SF stores, Lau Fau Shan, Longgutan, Man Kam To.

**All confirmed COVID-19 cases or buildings under home quarantine for COVID-19 will not be delivered until further notice.
